The core objective of this assignment is to review the Early Marriage Manual and develop the final enriched version of the same. It proposes to target members of Shaima Network, working in the fields of media, communication, education, awareness and public relation. Continuing big efforts of the GoY in encouraging national, Arabic and international investment in Yemen, as a continuous process that needs care and attention, as one of the governments priorities, Tahseen was approached by Shebam Holding to prepare a working paper to the Cabinet to declare the year 2009 as an investment year. The aim of the project was to improve the investment environment in Yemen by using examples from successful experiences (KSA, Malaysia), deriving lessons from failed projects and studying and amending laws that provide more protection, guarantees and security for investors, etc.
